  • We serve as the main point of contact for performers and talent, ensuring their needs are met and they feel supported. We handle communications, scheduling, and any special requests to help talent deliver their best performance.

  • We handle the day-to-day logistics from managing timelines to coordinating with vendors, crew, and staff to keep everything running smoothly. Our job is to make sure everything is set up on time and meets all needs.

Meet the founder

For the past decade, I’ve seen firsthand what unhealthy relationships with time management can do within the live event industry, and I’ve made it a vow to not only myself, but to everyone I serve to help mend those relationships to achieve more opportunities.

I know what it takes to handle the moving parts behind live events and production sets from stage managing to coordinating talent. It’s all about creating a seamless experience for everyone involved.
